"Taiwan Ta Sheh Heng Yi Enterprise Group" (Ta Sheh Group) was established in 1970 primarily engaged in manufacturing rubber caps or stoppers that are used in packaging medicine. We currently own approximately 90% of the market share in Taiwan and we are also aggressively expanding internationally. Due to the superior qualities, our products had been well-received by customers in Asia and in Europe. Besides manufacturing rubber for medical applications, we also manufacture products that are used in electronics industry and are actively investing in the biotech industry.



In order to develop a multi-dimensional and global corporation, we are in a process of building a fully-owned subsidiary, Sheng Zou Rubber & Plastics Limited, in Soochow of Jiangsu Province, China as our key strategic manufacturing plant. This plant will not only be equipped with the most advanced hardware facilities but will also be G.M.P. compliant as well. The plant will occupy approximately 45,000 square meters. We had completed the first phase of construction (10,000 square meters) in June 2000 and been certified by the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) in China. We were awarded the permit by the SFDA to manufacture containers that are used in packaging medicines.
